Squid-Ti was in the Big Apple to attend a three-day Sake Scholar Course with Michael Tremblay.

The intensive course explored the regionality of all 47 prefectures in Japan!

Expect our sake menu to expand, as we try to acquire sakes from all 47 prefectures.
